The Loafcat ecosystem is transitioning to a sustainable revenue model by accepting only TON on the TON blockchain and Telegram Stars for all in-game transactions. While we would love to integrate $LOAFCAT directly into our game, Telegram has mandated that all apps on their platform use TON and Telegram Stars exclusively. To adapt, we are strategically allocating all revenue from these transactions to buybacks and burns of $LOAFCAT, funding further game development, and expanding marketing efforts. This shift reinforces two core concepts:

Loafcat combines Play-to-Win (high-stakes airdrops and raffles) with Play-to-Burn (token buybacks and burns) to create a self-reinforcing token economy. 

The game generates revenue through direct player purchases, upgrades, and external marketing partnerships, all channeled into further development and marketing. 

This cycle of incentivized gameplay, increasing demand, and active token burning underpins a sustainable model designed to boost 3 things:

1. Play-to-Win

1. Collect Bread
  • Earn slices as you play. Every 100 slices = 1 ticket for the $25,000+ airdrop.
  • A separate raffle offers a Rolex Datejust worth $11,000 as a prize. Buying a Rolex raffle entry also grants 1,000 bread (worth 10 tickets for the $25,000+ airdrop). However, tickets for the Rolex do not overlap with the $25k raffle.
  • These special items spawn additional bread instantly and unlock mini-games to earn even more bread, with 1000 Superloafs you can also buy a Rolex raffle entry!
  • More bread = more tickets = higher chance in the $25,000+ airdrop. If you want to top up your odds, you can go to the in-game shop and buy chests that contain bread, Superloafs or straight up Rolex raffle tickets. Everyone can Play-to-Win real rewards.

2. Play-to-Burn

  • Loafcat can no longer use $LOAFCAT directly for in-game purchases due to Telegram’s platform restrictions.
  • Instead, revenue from TON and Telegram Stars is used for buying back and burning $LOAFCAT, reducing circulating supply and supporting price growth.

Every time $LOAFCAT is spent within the ecosystem, those tokens are removed (burned) from circulation, creating scarcity.

3. Revenue Streams

1. Chests & Power-Ups
  • Players purchase loot chests that contain power-ups, skins, or special abilities.
  • When a player runs out of lives, they can buy additional lives to continue playing and collecting more bread.
  • Players build and upgrade bakeries (e.g., ovens) to passively bake more bread.
  • Bread can be traded for airdrops or in-game rewards.
  • Players engage in tasks (e.g., sharing social posts, testing partner games).
  • Third-party advertisers pay for user interactions, funding the Loafcat ecosystem.
  • The CTO and core team take no salaries or direct allocations.
  • Excess revenue is used for buybacks and burns, strengthening the token economy.

4. Utility & Token Flow

Purchases in TON or Telegram Stars

Revenue from the game will primarely used to fuel the prize pool and Airdrops. The more revenue the bigger the prizes and giveaways. Team does not take a cut! 100% goes to have bigger Airdrops and better prizes.  

Token Burn

After expanding the Airdrop prize pool to eye watering levels, we will start buybacks and burn! We call this Play-to-Burn. In short: We will bridge TON from the game to SOL and do $LOAFCAT buybacks.
